We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back your Snow Joe® within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price minus a Return Label fee (the Return Label Fee is calculated by UPS). If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted. Once we receive your return, Snow Joe, LLC (“Snow Joe”) will credit your original method of payment. Purchases from Snow Joe are subject to our General Terms & Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of each webpage.
